SECOND: Conduct Search:
Locate and contact potential candidates and/or references for those candidates.
Review candidate's credentials and profile those meeting the job requirements.
Perform reference checks on all candidates when requested by the client company.
THIRD: Submission of Candidates:
Account Executive will present those candidates meeting or exceeding the job requirements to the Hiring Authority via e-mail, fax, mail, or verbal.
FOURTH: Client's Review of Submitted Candidates:
Hiring Authority reviews the candidates that were submitted for employment.
Hiring Authority to contact Account Executive to discuss what type of interview that will occur, what day, the time, and the meeting place if applicable.
FIFTH: Account Executive review with candidate:
Account Executive schedule interview with Hiring Authority.
Account Executive to prep candidate for upcoming interview.
SIXTH: Follow up after interview:
Account Executive to get feedback from candidate.
Account Executive to get feedback from Hiring Authority regarding the employment offer.
SEVENTH: Act as mediator between Hiring Authority and Candidate to negotiate the offer:
Hiring Authority to present the offer to the Account Executive.
Account Executive will present offer to the candidate.
Account Executive to facilitate acceptance between the two parties.
