My business background is extensive, enabling me to connect easily with the critical issues facing manufacturing companies today. My professional career began at General Electric in their Financial Management training program. From there I spent twenty years with Stanley Works. In the last ten years, I rose to the Vice President level for three divisions, gaining experience in leading Finance, Information Technology and Human Resources. My last position with Stanley was VP Operations Controller for the $700 million MAC Tools Division in Dallas, TX. Here , I actively participated in an aggressive worldwide Kaizen program to drive productivity…and became a Champion of this concept.

My name is Alice Fairfield and I am the
Office Manager for our office. I am the first contact you will make at Management Recruiters of Allentown (MRA).
I came to MRA straight out of Allentown Business School after graduating with my Associate's Degree in Secretarial Sciences. I chose to pursue this career after working retail management in excess of five years. I had really enjoyed the administrative end of retail and decided to undertake office management where I could utilize my already acquired organizational and managerial skills.
As the only Secretary in the office, I have the distinct pleasure of being able to work with all of the Account Executives and their Recruiting Specialists. Although I am not responsible for production, I am responsible for the organization of the front office and data base management, which directly facilitates production. In addition, I am responsible for all in-going and out-going correspondence as well as telephone communications.
